There are a few things to keep in mind before scheduling a shoot with us.  Please try and make not of the following:

• JAD Productions runs with a small team of only 3 people, who all have very busy schedules.  We will try our best to shoot when it is best for you but sometimes a compromise will need to be made.

• Productions can take time, depending on what it is that you would like us to shoot, we may end up being on site  for longer.

There is nothing that you are required to bring to a shoot, however if you wish to bring props or backdrops you are more than welcome to as we do not provide any.  We use the natural scenery as a background for our photos so if you would like a different one, please bring it.

We like to keep payments in cash as much as possible, as it is the easiest to distribute among our team members.  We will also accept Apple Pay, or CashApp, but Cash is the preferred method.

We do not offer a direct printing service.  After a shoot has concluded, we will get all of the photos uploaded and shared to you via Google Drive, for you to then access and print or share at any time.  We do this so that you have access to the photos that you just paid for, and are able to display them however you wish.  Whether on your social media pages, or printed and displayed in your home, you have copies of the photos and can do what you wish with them.

The way that we gauge prices is honestly very simple.  Depending on the package that you would like (Portrait Photos, Action Photos, or Video) we will charge a starting price, and then an hourly price.  Below is a more linear example of how it works.

• Starting Price - Covers first hour

• Hour 2 

• Hour 3

• Hour 4

• Etc.

We only charge for time we spend actually in the picture taking / video recording process.  We do not charge for time that it takes to scan and preview the files.

If a shoot lasts under an hour and a half you will be charged for 1 hour, if a shoot is over an hour and a half you will be charged for 2 hours, and so on.

For shoots that are more than 20 miles from East Liverpool, Ohio there will be a $15 travel fee to cover gas costs.  We ask for this to be paid digitally ahead of the shoot. - Specific details can be worked out during the planning period.

Our video service is pretty simple, we will come on site and film your video.  We will cover cameras, audio, and lighting.  We ask that you provide us with a script and any props that you may want in your video.

We do not offer video editing!  We will provide you with all of the video and audio files that we capture, and you will be responsible for producing and editing your own video.

We try to keep things lightweight and bring the service to you, however there are some things we wish for you to bring to the video shoots.

• Bring OR send us a script for your video so that we know how you wish for it to go

• Bring any props that you would like used in the video, this includes backdrops

• OPTIONAL : Bring a laptop so that we can place the files directly onto your computer so that you can begin editing.

If you do not have, or are unable to bring a laptop that is okay we can send the files to you later on.
